Cooking Demonstrations by Gennaro Contaldo
We are delighted to announce that Gennaro Contaldo, the renowned Italian celebrity chef, will be joining us at this year’s festival on Saturday the 4th of July.
Gennaro will be sharing his exceptional cooking skills in 2 special demonstration sessions, offering festivalgoers a unique opportunity to witness his culinary expertise firsthand.
Attendees are invited to watch as Gennaro showcases his techniques and provides valuable insights into Italian cookery. Each demonstration will highlight his mastery, making this an engaging and educational experience for anyone interested in learning from a celebrated chef.

The first at demonstration will be at 1:30 pm and the second at 5:00 pm This schedule ensures that all festival attendees, whether arriving early or later, have the chance to experience Gennaro’s culinary skills in action. Don’t miss this convenient opportunity to gain inspiration and practical tips from one of Italy’s finest chefs.
